Labor Day Weekend

Happy Labor Day Reuse Fans,

Thanks for a great month of August! If you are not taking a needed break from your house projects, we are open regular hours on Saturday (9am-5pm) and Sunday (10am-5pm) to shop and drop off your donations. The store and the recycling drop off area are closed 5pm Sunday through 9am Tuesday. If you are taking a break for your reuse projects, it’s well deserved!

Reminder! If you have completed an inspirational reuse renovation project or a piece of art made from reused materials you could use the long weekend to document your project and submit your entry to the Reuse Inspiration contest. The deadline for entries is midnight Wednesday September 5^th!

September is going to be a very busy month! We’ll be holding our annual craft beer and food tasting fundraiser, the Steel City Big Pour, on the 15^th(tickets available here). We have multiple deconstruction projects under way, bringing great products into the store. And some of our staff will be heading to the Building Material Reuse Association’s national conference in Grand Rapids MI.

So stay tuned for an action packed, end of summer month of Reuse!
