Follow these steps to assure that your application is complete and properly submitted

  • Please include your email address in your email or letter – that’s how we’ll usually contact candidates.
  • You must include a completed CJ Application Form and cover letter/email. Make sure you complete all of the form – past jobs and why you moved jobs – and make sure to list 3 professional references (NOT friends and family, the references must know your work). Use your letter to tell us why you’d be a great person for the job, and to share anything about your application form that you want us to know. If you can’t provide 3 recent professional references, use the letter to tell us why.
  • You may include your resumé, but it’s not a substitute for a completed application form.
  • We recommend that you review our website and/or come to our store to learn what we do before you apply!
  • Follow all directions – these general directions and any that are specific to a position.

Following the instructions provided above is the best way to get your application noticed

Please refrain from calling, emailing, or attempting to contact other CJ staff. Hiring takes about a month from the closing date for a position. We follow the same hiring process for all job openings. Applications submitted properly will be shared to the appropriate managers for the specific position you have applied for. If you try to contact multiple CJ staff about your application, this just takes up our time and makes things inefficient. Only providing us with your phone number or email address is insufficient and we won’t take any action if you don’t submit your application as requested.
