Flying Toward the 21st Century of Reuse!

Greetings Reuse Fans!

Hey, I wanted to alert everyone that we have done a number of pricing reductions in the office section, so spend your cloudy Saturday (hope the weather folks are wrong about that one) shopping for your home office or your “office” office! We also received a bunch of surplus fiberglass entry doors on Thursday so hurry in – they won’t last long.

We are entering the half way point of 2016. We have received a record number of donations this year, as well as some very interesting salvage projects with our friends at CMU and the Neu Kirche Contemporary Art Gallery on the North Side (please pay them a visit).

We also appreciate your feedback on our new website and want to let you know we are working on some of your requests. We have heard your desire to have a single page that shows a larger, wider variety of our items — sort of a CJ “window shopping” page. We’ll be exploring how to achieve that in the coming weeks.

The only way to list more items “live” online is to use technology – which means, of course, that we lose the personal touch. People have commented on missing the fun descriptions written by our staff that were a part of our former eBlast experience. The good news is that the same staff put their picks of current inventory on our Facebook page – so please check that out to see a less formal inventory presentation.
