Refrigerant Appliances
Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers, etc.
There is a $10 handling fee for acceptance of all refrigerant-containing appliances (working or non-functioning, donating or recycling).
When you bring any refrigerant appliance here for donation or recycling, you must come into the store to pay the fee at the front register first. After you are provided your fee receipt, then reverse your vehicle to the “Donate Here” doors to drop your item(s) off. Donation receiving staff will ask to see your receipt before handling any Freon appliances.
Proper refrigerant recapture and appliance refurbishing is handled by Appliance Warehouse. Appliances that can’t be refurbished are recycled for the scrap metals. Your fee supports Construction Junction continuing to offer this environmental service.

Construction Junction does not operate this recycling drop off and can’t provide any detail regarding what is accepted there. The recycling area is only accessible during regular CJ hours of operations. Our lot is gated and locked during off hours.
