Online Purchases Return Policy
- You will receive a pick up confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. (Online order processing time can take up to 72 hours.)
- Your order pick up confirmation email is REQUIRED to claim your purchase and orders cannot be picked up without this.
- Purchases will be held for up to 7 days from the date of the pick up confirmation email. If not claimed by the end of business on the final hold day, the transaction will be refunded back on customer’s charge card and the item(s) will be returned to inventory.
- You will be asked to inspect and approve all purchase item(s) at the time of pick up. At this time, unsatisfactory item(s) can be returned and the customer’s charge card refunded. All sales are final once items leave the store and no further refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued.
In-Store Purchases Return Policy
In-store purchased items can be returned within 30 days of the transaction date FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your original sales receipt is required. All sales are final.
