Greetings Reuse Fans,
We’re looking for your inspired examples of reuse in Home Renovation and in Art for the Post-Gazette’s 7th annual Reuse Inspiration contest.
To learn more, tune in to Pittsburgh Today Live on KDKA next Thursday (Aug. 17) 9:00-10:00 am, where we will be joined by PG feature writer Gretchen McKay. We will be chatting and showing pictures of past Reuse Inspiration contest winners, and perhaps giving some examples of current entries. Gretchen, along with fellow feature writers Kevin Kirkland and Bob Batz, and yours truly, are the four judges tasked with selecting the most inspired examples of reuse in Home Renovation and Artwork. Click here to see how to enter.
The six winners are featured in the PG and are highlighted in the PG booth at the Big Pour, where you’ll be able to taste the result of Gretchen’s creativity in her beer-inspired dessert. Her creations are always a delicious, huge hit at the event.
So if you want to try that dessert, you need to get a ticket to the event! You don’t have to have a contest entry, we still have some tickets left for sale, so spread the word, plan to join us at the Big Pour, and tune into what is certain to be an inspired discussion of food, beer, and reuse renovation and art!
We hope you will enjoy the show.
